PBS program highlights re-engagement efforts in Philadelphia

The episode of Need to Know on PBS tomorrow night will include a segment on efforts to re-engage high school dropouts in Philadelphia. As part of the American Graduate project, which supported reporting for our February edition, the episode will investigate and publicize strategies to deal with the dropout crisis.

The episode will air on WHYY Friday at 11:30 p.m. and be rebroadcast throughout the weekend. Video of the segments will be posted after the episode airs. What work to re-engage dropouts in Philly or in other cities do you think viewers should know about?
