Rally-goers gathered outside the School District of Philadelphia headquarters at 440 N. Broad St. yesterday as the announcement was made that dozens of schools were recommended for closure or relocation. If the plan is approved, about 17,000 students might be moving to new schools. The rally was organized by the Philadelphia Coalition Advocating for Public Schools.
