On 'Radio Times,' a discussion of Philadelphia's school cheating scandal




On the first hour of Radio Times today, the Notebook's Dale Mezzacappa joined the Inquirer's Kristen Graham, Andrew Porter, dean of Penn's Graduate School of Education, and host Marty Moss-Coane to discuss the case against five Philadelphia educators charged with crimes related to cheating on the state's standardized tests.
