Nutter orders 'fact-finding' in King case

Mayor Nutter announced at a press conference today that he has ordered Chief Integrity Officer Joan Markman to investigate the controversy around selecting a charter provider for King High.

If Nutter's Chief Integrity Officer Joan Markman had any integrity she would issue a statement saying why her report is taking so long.
