Fall Guide articles are now online

The articles from the Notebook's fourth annual Fall Guide to High Schools are now posted to our website.
Get a complete look at all the topics that we've covered in this year's guide. Among some of the articles are "Choosing a high school keeps getting more complicated," "Charter boom continues, with 35 high school options," and "How to change high schools in midstream."
As with each fall guide, this year's will also have searchable school profiles of about 90 District and charter high school options. Those profiles will be posted to our site later this week.
For now, you can see the entire guide online in PDF format or pick up a copy at every District school, at libraries, and community sites. You can also get copies at the Notebook office in East Falls. Just send us an email if you would like to pick up some extra copies at our office.
The 2012 edition of the Fall Guide is our biggest edition ever -- 40 pages. In it you will also find data telling you how high schools are doing (see pages 20-21).
We will be distributing the guide at the annual High School Expo Sept. 29 and 30 at District headquarters. Look for us there. Or if you'd like to help us hand them out that weekend, contact us at notebook@thenotebook.org.
