Re: Reuters cuts bond rating for W. Philadelphia Achievement Charter -- wow, is this the future of education. Schools become like corporations gone public (in the shareholder sense), so it is no longer even just test scores that determine their survival but bond raters expectations of their getting their charters renewed. Is that a good thing?
