So called "Great Philly Schools" sent an email promoting a "tour" of "great" schools which includes free breakfast, lunch and raffle for an iPad and internet service. Imagine what schools they will tour? If it is based on the mess of a web site rating schools, it will be a KIPP and Mastery R Us tour with a few parochial schools included.
Why does "Great Philly Schools" have so much money that they can sponsor "tours," feed people and give out iPads? I guess they have money to burn...
