Here are the schools the District recommends for closure

Two schools proposed for closure were not on the list published by the Inquirer and on philly.com earlier today - McMichael and Leidy elementaries, both in West Philadelphia.

Sources told the Notebook that there were some late changes to the closings list.

What is the approval process for this recommendation? When will the plan be approved or ammended or rejected?

There are too many of them. Why is it that these schools are for closure?

Can you please elaborate more on what is the main reason why they suggest a closure for these schools? Are they up for the Guerrero vs Mayweather live streaming fight?

I don't see why anyone would close at school, maybe if they were to discuss further we can actually give a valuable opinion instead of an educated guess, just my two scents. Btw, they should stream Mayweather vs Guerrero at the school for fun, the students would love it no doubt.
