Here is the final list of the School District's recommendations for school facility and program closures, which were released earlier today.

Two schools proposed for closure were not on the list published by the Inquirer and on philly.com earlier today - McMichael and Leidy elementaries, both in West Philadelphia.

Sources told the Notebook that there were some late changes to the closings list.

What is the approval process for this recommendation? When will the plan be approved or ammended or rejected?

MY SCHOOL SHOULD NOT CLOSE ! WE ARE LIKE FAMILY THERE!
