Helen - Philly National History Day competition on Wed (3/20) for middle school had many more participants. It would be nice if The Notebook did an article since other local media ignored it again... The SDP needs to promote participation in National History Day. There is a big grant the SDP has received for about 10 years for History education. What does it do but fund a few programs and pay for staff?
