We were told today that we are not allowed to turn on air conditioners until May 15th. They are adjusting the breakers to make sure of it. I guess they need to make up on their energy bills from the winter since the old heaters are so inefficient and either sweat us out or do not work at all. Ridiculous...

So is the air conditioning being turned off at 440 including in offices? They have climate control year round.
