Support the Notebook through Donor Choice

United Way's Donor Choice Program

The Notebook is now a part of the United Way of Southeastern PA's Donor Choice Program. You can earmark a contribution to the Notebook through a payroll deduction with the Donor Choice Program.

Employees of any company that is a supporter of  the United Way are eligible to donate to the Notebook. The United Way Donor Choice Program provides an opprotunity for employers to process payroll deductions so that employess can contribute to the Notebook.  

Through the program, employees simply identify an amount they wish to donate with each pay period. That amount is then deducted from the paycheck. In addition to being able to support the Notebook easier than ever before, your contribution is tax-deductible.

To become a supporter of the Notebook through United Way, contact your Human Resources or Payroll Department to request a Donor Designated Funds Form for the United Way's Donor Choice Program. Remember the Notebook's agency code number is 48140. This number is required in order to fill out the donor choice form. Thank you for your contribution, and turning the page for change!
