Imhotep Institute Charter High School

Mission Statement:
To provide a standard-driven, high-quality educational program for urban learners grounded in the Afrikan principles of MA'AT and the principles of Nguzo Saba and to nurture lifelong learners who are valuable members of the community.
Points of Pride:
National Honor Society; dual-enrollment program with Community College of Philadelphia; mock trial team won first place in 2015 citywide high school tournament; Future Business Leaders of America chapter advanced to regional competition; school pays for PSAT for 10th- and 11th-grade students; student government; out-of-school-time enrichment program sponsored by City of Philadelphia; STEM club; computer lab; performing arts electives; Public League champions in Boys' and Girls' Basketball and Track teams, as well as Football; partnership with Sankofa Freedom Academy Charter School
